operated company located in Niagara Falls, Ontario. In 1979, Art had the opportunity to install doors for a small local manufacturer. The need for a local door sales and service company was suggested. Taking a chance and with the support of his family, Canadian Door Doctor was born. With modest beginnings, we began by establishing customer relationships and great supplier networks. Over the years, with exceptional customer service and expanding product lines, Art found it necessary to move out of the small warehouse to our present location. Once again we find ourselves bursting at the seams!

In 2000, a sister company, Niagara Door and Hardware was formed to expand our service to our customers. Products range from architectural hardware, steel doors and frames, washroom partitions and accessories, access control systems and video surveillance systems. Our products include man doors, residential, commercial, and industrial overhead garage doors, door controls, gates, shutters, loading dock systems, and rolling steel doors ,just to name a few.

Our crews are equipped with cell phone and email/texting for fast response time to emergency calls whether industrial, commercial, agricultural or residential. This also gives our technicians an excellent line of communication with all staff members.

Safety is always a priority. Employees are provided with the training and support required to get a job done right and safe! Customer Safety is always at the front of our minds. We can help assess and solve safety issues with all of your doors, dock and gate systems.

Our well educated sales staff can “partner” with customers and help provide solutions to each unique situation. We do our very best to learn each customers needs and provide the appropriate product or service they may need.

We consider each customers needs and tailor a customized preventative maintenance program based on their specific conditions which will provide customers with less down time and safer working doors, operators, gates, docks etc.
