The Embossed door, designed for residential and commercial use. This door is manufactured with 18 or 20 gauge face sheets for maximum durability and strength and provides classic elegance for all projects.

SPECIFICATIONS
Fabricated with 10 or 20 gauge galvanneal steel
1/8” bevel on door edges
Vertical, mechanically interlocking seams on lock and door edges
16 gauge steel channels projection welded to the top and bottom of door
Stiffened insulated or honeycomb core laminated to both face sheets
Steel channel reinforced for surface mounted closer and holders.
1 ¾” thick door, mortised, reinforced, drilled and tapped for three (3) template hinges
Mortised, reinforced, drilled and tapped for cylindrical lock, mortised lock or reinforced for surface rim plastic.
Fire labeled for up to 1 ½ hours.
Dimensions available: 2’6” x 6’8” to 3’0” x 7’0”.
